A Poem

Laugh lines light her lips, sparkling stars shine in sapphire sight,

A shrug sits on shoulders sighing, leaving long lost light low.

Forever, fear finds her face, muddy mind mixes mirth,

For fresh feelings find flight, ‘midst minds most mixed with muck.

Dawn descends down, despair dies, hope hops happily in her house,

Hello happy, hello home, deep delight draws darkness down.

Let light lie, let light live, saving salt from sinking sand.

So, salute shimmering sands, let low living lie, love lives in lively lives.
